职位:Senior Internet Product Manager

工作地点: 中国上海

职位描述：
1.全面负责需求沟通，包括需求了解、深化和明确；
2.负责在项目管理过程中，完成需求分析、产品策划、原型设计；
3.负责互联网项目的沟通、时间管理、变更管理等事务；
4.确保项目按时按质完成；
5.研究市场和用户需求，了解用户可用性测试，不断提高产品的竞争力。

职位要求：
1．全日制统招本科或以上；
2．英语四级以上；
3．熟悉互联网产品开发周期；
4.有移动终端上的产品规划和管理经验；
5.对产品成功要素有深刻见解；
6.3年以上互联网产品策划及管理经验；
7.良好的跨部门沟通能力和文档撰写能力；
8.会使用Axure者优先；

Job Description：
1.Prioritize requirements into operation list；
2.Compile high-quality PRD (Product Requirements Document) ；
3.Oversee phases of planning, executing, monitoring and controlling；
4.Ensure the shippable products are delivered on time and quality；
5.Manage products and post-release training, service, and feedback collection。

Job Requirements：
1．Educated to degree level or equivalent；
2．CET-4 or above；
3．Familiar with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)；
4.Possess product plan and management experience on mobile devices；
5.Deep understanding of which features in a product drive given metrics；
6.3+ internet product experience and proven successful internet products ；
7.Strong communication and spec writing skills；
8.Axure skills preferred；

职位:音效师（兼职）

工作地点: 上海张江

职位描述：
1．根据需求，制作游戏或者视频短片中所需的背景音乐、音效；
2．根据需求，对已有的音频文件进行分割或者加工；
3．协助策划和美术完成相应配乐文件的导入；

职位要求：
1．熟悉数字音乐的制作方式，能够熟练使用NUENDO、Audacity等各种相关软件，完成制作需求；
2．有音乐制作的相关的工作经验或者教育背景；
3．每周星期2工作一天，早上10：00到晚上19：00，根据当天的工作内容安排，可能会有1～3个小时的加班，如果需要临时调整工作时间，需要提前2天通知公司；
4．需要自备电脑以及其他相应的音频设备；
5．能够熟练的使用普通话进行工作的沟通；
6．有flash使用经验者优先考虑；
