1. Enhance courseware interactive design, manage and coordinate curriculum materials production。
2. Evaluate courseware quality and effectiveness。
3. Take research into private and public partner schools, ensure a high level product delivery。
4. Provide theoretical and realistic advices to company-characterized learning methodology。
5. Interface with curriculum production team, find room for professionalism improvement。

职位要求：
1. Educated to degree level or equivalent。
2. CET-6 or above。
3. Strong understanding of education experience, especially for kids。
4. Proven track record of initiating and building successful relationships (internal) and partnerships (external)。
5. 2+ years of English teaching for kids aging from 5 to 12 is preferred。
6. Possess basic knowledge of internet interactive design 。
